HCT2 addresses and treats physical restrictions related to trauma that may have occurred in each stage of development in utero and during pregnancy.
This is mirrored and addressed down to a cellular, organ, and fascia level.
They learn to follow the physical guidance of the body with confidence and gentleness and help ensure the safe environment needed for the client’s tissue to relax and entrust the manual therapy process.
HCT2 helps understand how unresolved physical traumas can affect the body tissue and compromise healthy structural alignment. This level of connection heightens touch, palpation skills, and effectiveness in manual treatment.
HCT2 also helps to understand how ancestral traumas may have continued to create structural dysfunction in a spectrum of degrees.
Learn how cellular trauma can be a future hidden source of disease and physical pain.
Learn how the mother’s internal environment, the health of her physical body, can determine the tissue tension and foundational posture of the baby.
Connecting manually to the body as a conscious, sentient, intelligent, and loving being.
Heart Centered Therapy 2 teaches a Heart-Centered touch that brings heightened awareness and wisdom into our hands. Participants will learn to track tensions and restrictions and release residual tension in the tissue.
Explain how the quality of one’s parents' relationship to each other affects the foundational structure of our physical and emotional body.
Class length 4 days
Online Class length: 4 days*

"HCT2 offers an opportunity for amazing gifts. I gained a profound and deeper sense of self and overall felt more whole. The heightened awareness I felt towards people around me was both touching and holy.
Since the class, my perceptions have been shifting and changing. At times, my sense of self is less defined or separate from everything that exists, and yet I feel a sense of freedom that I never had before. I literally feel like I have been reborn."

CLASS OBJECTIVES
By the end of the course participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate touching from the Heart in full therapeutic presence.
- Using HCT palpation skills, discern healthy body tissue from dissonant tissue holding stress and tension.
- Recognize the subtle physical shifts in the body tissue as it responds to a loving presence and a respectful HCT touch.
- Using HCT palpation skills, recognize when the body reaches a state of receptivity that can heighten effectiveness of a treatment.
- Recognize how restrictive physical fascia patterns hinder cellular breath, communication and health.
- Explain how unresolved ancestral traumas are carried in our body tissues.
- Recognize and respond to the needs of the tissue by developing listening skills.
- Demonstrate how to support the tissue to self-correct by connecting it to its body wisdom.
- Explain how the quality of one’s parent’s relationship to each other affects the foundation of our physical and emotional body.
- Explain the importance of connecting to the body (tissue) as a conscious, sentient, intelligent and loving being.
- Explain how the body responds differently to a honoring Heart touch only using hands-on techniques.
- Explain how disconnection between mother and child can have long lasting emotional and physical effects.
- Explain how a conscious birth that offers love and safety deeply imprints the baby’s tissue.
- Explain how trauma can cause restrictions, torsions and dysfunction in an organ and/or physical structure.
SACRED CONCEPTION AND BIRTH
We will experience:
Cellular Healing:
Life does not begin with birth. It begins when we were first created as an ovum.
As an ovum, we all lived for approximately 14 to 44 years in the ovary of our mothers as conscious and intelligent cellular beings preparing ourselves for human life.
In this class we will access this cellular memory and heal the hidden cellular traumas that have been foundational in our lives.
We will awaken mother and father’s relationship to their seed and bring the awareness and love needed for sacred conception.
We will heal the foundational emotional trauma in the cells. We can reinstate the true template of a human cell that supports us to embody our true divine nature in conception and birth. Truly it is foundational to the well-being of our lives.
We will clear family and ancestral trauma from the sperm and ovum freeing us from the shadows of the past. In the higher frequencies of love each cell can consciously connect to its true intelligence, inner light, and pure nature. Our cells can be liberated and experience sacred conception as we step into this powerful initiation of life with confidence and cellular assuredness.
The Journey through the fallopian tube:
The arduous two-day journey through the fallopian tube is an initiation, and a practice run required for conception and then birth. Our connection to our body wisdom is essential to empower us and to bring us the confidence we need to move through this preliminary experience of moving through the “birthing canal”. This can be seen as a physical cellular training that teaches us and enables us to be able to birth ourselves in 9 months as a human being.
Conception: In re-experiencing our conception, we will ensure that the reenactment of the love and physical union of mother and father is conscious, loving and held in agreement.
Attachment: The love expressed in mother’s uterus ensures that the zygote is welcomed and feels safe enough to deeply attach to her womb. This determines how we attach to others throughout our lives.
Clearing Trauma in our 9-months in utero
Physical trauma could include injury to mother, smoking, alcohol, medication, poor diet, illness.
Emotional trauma includes any emotional withdrawal from the child due to stress, fear, uncertainty, difficulties in relationships, etc. This can include C-section at birth.
Preparation for birth at 9 months
We will ensure that the love and the agreement of mother and father to bring you into the world is solid and grounded. We include the agreement of our Souls and our Humanity to ensure deep incarnation.
Alignment to ours and mother’s Body Consciousness.
This ensures that our heart and body wisdom will guide the journey of our birth. The interplay of mother’s and baby’s bodies work together in trust and confidence to ensure ease, wonder and joy in our sacred birth.
Designing our Birth
You can choose who will be present for you at your birth. You determine where, the time, the lighting and the sounds or music that you want to have supporting you.
You can determine whose eyes you first look into. Whose hands provide you your first loving touch.
Connecting to Mother and suckling
This physical connection establishes a bond for mother and child.
In safety, suckling calms and resets the nervous system and allows digestion to activate properly.
Being Welcomed into the World
Our lives are celebrated with love and welcoming eyes as we complete our birthing process. The first words we hear will uplift us. Gentle and honoring touch will deepen and hold our sacred birthing experience.
