CHI-PAKs supports only regular USA/Canada classes
It does not support sponsored classes in USA/Canada nor International classes
CHI-PAKs only cover class fees, it does not cover food, hotel costs, travel costs, etc.
If you request to cancel your CHI-Pak, the balance will be reimbursed, once the following is reconciled:
1. Classes that have been taken will be charged at $950 per class.
2. If you have attended a Free Symposium or signed up for the LDT Certification, the $300 fee will be charged.
3. If you have taken VT-O and used the $100 voucher, the $100 will be charged.
