I have worked as on Occupational Therapist for 35+ years, initially specializing in working with infants and young children, then expanding into wellness care for All. I am a grounded, passionate healer who is also trained in CranioSacral Therapy and NIASZIIHealing. I have a unique style of working with the whole person.

Mary Ellen graduated from Springfield College in 1992 with a master’s of science degree in physical therapy and received her doctorate from Boston University in 2005. She is a nationally certified lymphedema therapist and has other training in kinesiotaping, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and visceral manipulation. She also works with men’s and women’s health for pelvic issues, and has published an infertility case-series research study in the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association and a lymphatic case report in Rehabilitation Oncology. She has also completed a randomized controlled pilot study for mechanical infertility. More research will be coming.
​Mary Ellen is the president and co-founder of Pelvic Health Research Initiative, Inc., a non-profit developed for the purpose of supporting clinical pelvic research, Evolution Medical Associates, and The Nourish Project. She has developed and teaches continuing education courses for other therapists through Evolution Medical Associates as well as The Nourish Project.

I am a seasoned manual therapist, specializing in MLDT, Brain therapy, cranial sacral therapy, and frequency Specific Microcurrent. I tend to deep and soft tissue, fascia, and structural integration.
