My client-focused sessions integrate multiple techniques (listed below) to help release acute or chronic pain, whether it's from physical injury or emotional trauma. I support the physical body with manual & therapeutic bodywork techniques, and the emotional with somatic counseling/coaching : trauma-informed processing at a systemic & individual level. At the foundation of all my work, I utilize comprehensive energy medicine principles, to address the underlying energetic patterns and root causes that might be contributing to pain patterns. By working holistically, I believe the body can fully release the pain in order to restore and recover.

Inclusivity is a value that I hold strongly, and I have clients from a range of ages and backgrounds. I am always working to model consensual and empowering communication.

I have 2800 hrs of training in modalities including: Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Family & Systems Constellations, Identity Development constellations, Somatic Experiencing, Visceral Manipulation, Abdominal Therapy (Anterior), and more. I am still actively engaged in continuing education, as I have a profound love of learning.

I have worked as on Occupational Therapist for 35+ years, initially specializing in working with infants and young children, then expanding into wellness care for All. I am a grounded, passionate healer who is also trained in CranioSacral Therapy and NIASZIIHealing. I have a unique style of working with the whole person.

I am a seasoned manual therapist, specializing in MLDT, Brain therapy, cranial sacral therapy, and frequency Specific Microcurrent. I tend to deep and soft tissue, fascia, and structural integration. I artfully combine techniques and applications, floating in and out of the systems and rhythms of the body. “I play the instrument of consciousness, allowing the intelligence of the being to find its harmonious expressions”.

I received my massage license in 2014 and have dedicated my practice to supporting clients in remembering their innate healing wisdom and creating coherence in their lived experience. I utilize a variety of modalities during a session- Lymph Drainage Therapy, Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Brain Therapy, and Vibrational Sound Healing. I also offer Biofield Tuning sessions which focus on the body's electrical health and magnetic field.

Mary Ellen graduated from Springfield College in 1992 with a master’s of science degree in physical therapy and received her doctorate from Boston University in 2005. She is a nationally certified lymphedema therapist and has other training in kinesiotaping, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and visceral manipulation. She also works with men’s and women’s health for pelvic issues, and has published an infertility case-series research study in the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association and a lymphatic case report in Rehabilitation Oncology. She has also completed a randomized controlled pilot study for mechanical infertility. More research will be coming.
​Mary Ellen is the president and co-founder of Pelvic Health Research Initiative, Inc., a non-profit developed for the purpose of supporting clinical pelvic research, Evolution Medical Associates, and The Nourish Project. She has developed and teaches continuing education courses for other therapists through Evolution Medical Associates as well as The Nourish Project.
