With a rich background steeped in the heartland of America, I bring a comprehensive and holistic approach to the field of bodywork and holistic healing. Born and raised amidst the natural splendor of Oklahoma, I developed an early appreciation for the healing power of nature and the importance of a community-driven mindset. This foundation laid the groundwork for a career dedicated to enhancing the quality of life through manual therapies.

In 2018, I moved to the historic and picturesque city of Charleston, where I began directing the massage program at Southeastern College. Demonstrating exceptional leadership and a commitment to excellence in education, I served as the Department Chair across the massage programs at five Southeastern College locations for the past 6.5 years, relocating back to the western slope of Colorado in late 2024. Holding a BA in Psychology from Keiser University, a certification in massage therapy, a certification in lymphatic techniques, and a certification in small business administration.

A 2012 graduate of the Technical College of the Rockies, I received comprehensive training in a variety of massage modalities. Always striving to expand my skill set, I have since mastered additional techniques through rigorous study and mentorship, including Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Healing Touch, and Oncology Massage.

My next venture focuses on the clinical integration of psychology into bodywork through the innovative modality of Somatic Psychology, and continuing to teach therapists with the Chikly Institute. This endeavor reflects my ongoing commitment to education, both as a student and an educator, frequently traveling to teach and share my knowledge with practitioners nationwide.

At the core of my practice is a personalized approach to care, seamlessly integrating various modalities into a comprehensive session tailored to each client's unique needs. With a passion for learning, teaching, and connecting, I seek to unlock the key to effective bodywork for every individual, aiming to facilitate holistic healing and a better quality of life for clients through the power of touch and integrative care.

Sarah Pantalone is a licensed massage therapist who offers individually tailored sessions for each of her clients in both craniosacral therapy and integrative therapeutic massage. She is passionate about working with all of her clients to help them on their journey of healing, as well as women on their journey of pregnancy and restoration of balance and healing postpartum.
Sarah is a graduate from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy where she received foundational training and has since continued her studies in osteopathic modalities enabling her to interface and work directly with the central nervous system, the peripheral nerves and the organs of the abdomen. This specialized training has enhanced Sarah’s abilities when working with clients who have chronic pain for which traditional treatments and therapies have not worked and who have experienced trauma in any of a multitude of forms. She also works with women contemplating pregnancy, who are pregnant or who have ever been pregnant.

With a passion for holistic healing and a deep understanding of the body's unique needs, I am dedicated to helping clients find relief, relaxation, and rejuvenation through therapeutic massage. I believe that massage is more than just a treatment; it’s a powerful tool to support your wellness journey, restore balance, and enhance your overall quality of life. Trained in various techniques including Swedish and Advanced massage, Align’d manual therapy, and Lymph drainage technique, I tailor each session to address individual concerns, whether it’s relieving chronic pain, reducing stress, or simply providing a peaceful escape. I love devouring the latest research in health and wellness; I continue to expand my knowledge specifically with Chikly Institute focusing on advanced lymph drainage techniques. Dali has been a holistic health practitioner, licensed manual therapist, western clinical herbalist and yogi for over a decade. Her passion for the healing arts began over 20 years ago when she went on her own wellness journey to address physical and energetic imbalances she was dealing with as a young adult. In search for her own personal healing, Dali discovered reverence for the things that brought her physical and emotional balance including manual therapy, herbs and nutrition, nature, meditation, and alternative healing therapies.

Dali is certified in Craniosacral Therapy and Somato-Emotional Release, Pediatrics Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage, Neural Manipulation, Brain Balance Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Manual Therapy for Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia, Heart-Centered Therapy, Clinical Western Herbalism, Yoga, and Aromatherapy.

Dali is a trauma-informed manual therapist who works with infants, children, and adults. She offers pain management treatments for whiplash, concussions, traumatic brain injury, TMJ issues (as well as dental trismus), allergies, headaches / migraines, gut issues, stress and anxiety, PTSD, learning disabilities, and support for grief and loss. Her personalized treatments combine clinically-proven techniques from reputable institutions, with an intuitive approach in supporting underlying causes of discomfort in the body.
