- The founder of Heart Centered Therapy (HCT), Alaya has helped people to discover and connect with the wisdom of their hearts and reach higher levels of consciousness for over 20 years. A globally recognized and acclaimed healing and transformational process, HCT has been acclaimed by M.D.’s, Osteopaths, PhD’s in psychology, PT’s, and massage therapists in the healing community worldwide.
HCT was not birthed from traditional academic studies but through the wisdom of Alaya’s heart, making it as authentic as it is powerful. Her path began in 1978 with a spiritual awakening that ignited the opening of her heart. She left the country for 10 years on a soul quest that took her to Jerusalem, France, Thailand, India, Germany and Hawaii where she studied with many spiritual masters.
In her search for truth, Alaya was inspired to look within herself and access her own inner knowing. She learned to listen deeply, to map and transform her own subconscious and to heal with tenderness and compassion. From her devotion and love for healing the human heart, HCT was created, forever changing.

Robert is a healer and teacher of healing based in Bellingham, Washington. A 1990 graduate from Southern California College of Chiropractic, he has practiced in Washington State since 1992. As of 2024, he has taken, assisted or apprenticed in 88 seminars with the Chikly methods in the Lymph Drainage Therapy curriculum, Brain Therapy curriculum, and Heart Centered Therapy curriculum. These courses are in addition to many other trainings in the healing arts, including Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Self Healing Qigong, Medical Qigong, Taiji and other related skills. He teaches three courses for the Chikly Health Institute: Lymph Drainage Therapy 1, Fluid Articular Release-Upper, and Fluid Articular Release-Lower.

I am a Holistic Physical Therapist specializing in manual therapy and multi-dimensional trauma release therapy, educated and practicing in many forms of manual therapy since graduating from Pacific University's Physical Therapy program in 1983.

I am a Massage Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant with many years of experience. Many of my clients come with chronic pain, complex medical cases or trauma using techniques with hands on assessment and treatment, movement and dialogue. I love my job and welcome anyone who wants to improve the quality of their life. I am also the founder and President of Finding GLOW as we are here to help people find the life they want to be living. Physical Therapist, DPT

Lori founded Health in Motion Physical Therapy + Wellness in 1999 and feels fortunate to have served our beautiful Bozeman community for more than 20 years. Her passion is to support patients navigating difficulty using a holistic approach alongside a team of experienced practitioners.

Lori graduated from the University of Evansville and then interned at Harlaxton College in Grantham, England in 1985. A passionate learner and researcher, she completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Montana in 2016.

Lori's gift is listening to the body's subtle, deeper structures, especially the nervous system, to support lasting balance and change. She uses Craniosacral Therapy, visceral manipulation, myofascial release and Brain Therapy to assist with spinal/cranial decompression and alignment—based on the belief that learning to move from a decompressed midline axis is important prior to strengthening. Additionally, Lori uses Laser Therapy for neuromotor re-education to stimulate muscles not firing correctly and promote pain relief, decreased inflammation and tissue healing. She also empowers patients by creating personalized at-home strengthening, lengthening and moving routines.

Lori sincerely enjoys working with challenging and stubborn issues and warmly welcomes patients from all backgrounds with all types of symptoms.

Theresa G. Medellin is a Registered Nurse practicing as a Certified CranioSacral Therapist. She is also a Licensed Massage Therapist. Theresa has been in private practice since June 1999 to the present. While working on military bases, she provided massage therapy services to Military personnel and their dependents, as well as, Civilians. For 1-1/2 years, she volunteered for a non-profit organization providing manual lymph drainage and complex decongestive physiotherapy for women with lymphedema secondary to cancer. Theresa works through the Wounded Warrior Program and Returning Heroes Home at SAMMC where she provides therapeutic massage to the United States Wounded Military and their family members. She also maintains a private practice in San Antonio and at her home office in Somerset, Tx. Theresa incorporates CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neural Manipulation, Lymph Drainage, Structural Integration, Postural Balancing, Deep Tissue Massage, NeuroMuscular Therapy, Manual Articular Approach, Oncology Massage and Kinesio Taping techniques to provide her clients relief from chronic pain related to their postural habits, injuries, and stress. Theresa is a CranioSacral Therapist certified in Techniques. She volunteers as a Teaching Assistant for CranioSacral and Visceral Manipulation curriculums through the International Alliance of Healthcare Educators. She continually seeks to advance her education in CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation and other curriculums as they present themselves.

Cynthia Teo is the founder of Self-care Resources . She is also a certified NLP Coach, an instructor for Touch for Health ®, and a practitioner of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, as well as Dr John Upledger's cranio work . Other modalities she uses in her work includes Jin Shin Jytsu, Aromasounds, and Trauma resolution work. She also holds a Diploma in Holistic massage and ITEC Level 3 Certificate in Diet and Nutrition for Complementary Therapist. She uses Essential Oils, flower essences and numerous other therapeutic tool for holistic self-care.
