Helen is a Registered Massage Therapist, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, and Lymphatic Drainage Specialist. She has a unique and diverse background that has lead her to where she is today. This includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance and Kinesiology from the University of Calgary (2002).
