Helen is a Registered Massage Therapist, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapist, and Lymphatic Drainage Specialist. She has a unique and diverse background that has lead her to where she is today. This includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance and Kinesiology from the University of Calgary (2002). Her 20 years of experience as a performer, choreographer and teacher of contemporary dance, as well as instructor of somatic movement and yoga; provide her with extensive knowledge of the body, mind, and spirit in motion.
