Working with you, I use a variety of massage and energy techniques to help you feel better. Pressure and technique can be varied for your comfort and for results. No body is the same; there are even differences within the same body. I use your input, my experience, education and intuition to relax and restore your body to functional balance.

Beth Keller is a passionate practitioner, dedicated to promoting the physical, emotional and spiritual health and well-being of those she is privileged to treat in her holistic bodywork practice.

Beth graduated from East West Healing Arts Institute in Madison, WI where she studied CranioSacral Therapy, Swedish Massage, TuiNa massage. She is state and nationally certified in Massage Therapy.

Beth has specialized training in CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release through the Upledger Institute, Inc., based in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. She is a certified teaching assistant for the Institute. Beth has specialized training in Lymphatic Drainage through the Chikly Health Institute, Scottsdale, AZ.

Beth comes to her holistic body work practice with a Masters of Science in Speech Language Pathology from Illinois State University in Normal, IL.

CranioSacral Therapy and SomatoEmotional Release are at the center of her holistic bodywork practice. She also integrates other massage techniques into sessions as needed.
