I became a Certified Rolfer™ of Structural Integration in 2005. I discovered that the initial training was just the beginning. It opened the door to unlimited resources and sent me on a path to expanding my knowledge with training’s in Craniosacral/Brain Therapy,Visceral Manipulation, body listening, and a year and a half long apprenticeship with a Certified Rolfer/Canadian Osteopath/Barry Method Instructor.

I use all of these tools to resolve pain and discomfort. The causes are varied and as different as each individual—car accidents, surgeries, sports injuries, falls, chronic pain, child birth traumas, etc. It’s very encouraging to receive feedback from clients that were facing surgical procedures for conditions like carpal tunnel syndrome stating that their symptoms were gone and they no longer need surgery—this is why I love doing this work!
