Jenna Anderson A.S., LMT, TRE, SSP
Jenna was first trained in emergency medicine in the early 90's, as an Emergency Medical Technician, and then as a Paramedic. Tending to sick and injured people inspired Jenna's interest in complementary medicine. Jenna completed massage training in California in 1996, and later a degree for "Massage Practitioner" with honors. Jenna first discovered CranioSacral Therapy (CST) in the early 2000s and then incorporated CST in her treatments while working as a massage therapist.
Jenna has since completed 5 levels, through Advanced 1 of CST through the Upledger Institute. And many additional specialized trainings including support for Chronic Depletion/Complex Cases, SomatoEmotional Release, and all levels of CST for Pediatrics. Additionally, Jenna has completed in-depth studies on CranioSacral Therapy and the Immune System, including focused study on the Pelvis, Abdomen, Thorax, and Extremities. She has also completed 4 levels of Brain support training, the "Brain Speaks" series with training to support neurological conditions, increasing and improving brain detoxing, glymphatic system circulation, cranial nerve support and techniques for decreasing inflammation. Jenna's training for Lymphatic Drainage Therapy is primarily through the Chikly Health Institute, with additional trainings through D'Ambrosio and Vodder.
Jenna now enjoys using these as her main modalities with her clients including; babies, children, teens and adults. These non-invasive therapies are combined to access and release restrictions throughout the body, from newborn to many years old, allowing well-ness, and activating the body's own, powerful, self-healing capacity.
Jenna is a "Trauma Informed" bodyworker, via her training as a Certified Provider for Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE®) by Dr. David Berceli, and as a Certified Provider for The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) developed by Dr. Stephen Porges (founder of the Polyvagal Theory.)

Testimonials:
"Jenna Anderson is an exceptional healing practitioner, across the board. She is
abundantly gifted with intuition, empathy, and intelligence. She combines her native gifts
with a depth and breadth of advanced trainings, knowledge, experience, and her own
commitment to personal exploration and growth. That is incredibly important to me. It
means she has the capacity to meet big stuff and stay centered and hold the space for
me to do the same.
Whether you are seeking help with chronic or acute pain, lymph drainage, processing
trauma, or needing a re-calibration and balancing, she is phenomenal at what she does.
As an example, I walked into my appointment yesterday with a limp from an injured
knee that hasn’t healed with the tincture of time. I felt her work on my leg and hip and
walked out of the appointment with no pain at all. My overall mood also shifted
dramatically. It was like a cloud had lifted.
When she works with your body/mind/soul, you can sense her deep presence with you,
and you can relax, knowing you are in safe, kind, and honest hands. Her depth of
presence is rare and beautiful.
Her work is grounded in science and alchemized in spirit. I am so lucky to have found
her. Jenna is the real deal." -Laura W.
"I am very particular about who I allow myself to receive bodywork from. My system is
extraordinarily sensitive, so it is extremely important to me that I choose my
bodyworkers wisely. Jenna’s work is like magic. Her ability to greet you wherever you
are and go to work addressing those needs in a quiet, collected way is so soothing and
reassuring. She also has a great sense of humor, which makes the visit even more
enjoyable.
Case in point: I made a post-operative appointment with Jenna after my hernia surgery.
I was still in horrible pain, like something was stuck or shut down. When she laid her
hands on me, I could feel something shifting and all my pain diminishing. The trauma of
the surgery had completely lifted. If you are looking for an incredibly gifted Craniosacral
practitioner, I highly recommend trying Jenna Anderson." -Wendy L.

At Ease Physiotherapy

Hi, I’m Susannah Reid. I graduated with my Physiotherapy degree in 2018 in Melbourne, Australia. With a particular interest in injury recovery, digestive health, brain health, and nervous system function, I have spent the last five years taking advanced training through the Barral, Upledger, and Chikly Institutes, among others.
My treatment approach is unique in integrating gentle, hands-on techniques with dry needling and movement practice to help your brain change how you move through your world. As someone who grew up with multiple sports injuries, concussions and digestive issues, I continue to learn all I can about the body. I love empowering people and teaching them about their bodies as much as I enjoy learning.
Traditional Physiotherapy addresses the muscles, ligaments, joints and bones very well. Still, it leaves much on the table regarding understanding and working with the body’s nerves, blood vessels, and lymphatic and organ systems. These systems are so key to our survival. They are often what our muscles are trying to protect. Treating only the top layer of the issue will result in it resurfacing sooner or later. Assessing and treating these deeper systems of our bodies gives more excellent and lasting results and taps into the innate intelligence of the nervous system to self-correct and heal.
When I’m not working, I can be found at the gym training the snatch, clean and jerk, or squatting. I also enjoy walking, skiing, pilates, salsa dancing, and yoga.
I look forward to working with you on your health and wellness.
