I graduated in 2008 from Ashmead School of Massage in Seattle and have been practicing ever since. My passion has always been helping people out of pain and that lead to the bulk of my career working on people suffering from car accidents, work injuries and sports injuries. Over time I learned how to incorporate my treatment knowledge and experience into Swedish and relaxation massage to give longer lasting positive effects for clients with more sensitive bodies. To be more effective in treating injuries or limitations as well as to satisfy my hunger for learning I completed over 120 hours of continuing education in Structural Relief Therapy since 2011. I also sought experience in Qigong, Breema, hot bamboo, hot stones, along with becoming a Reiki Master. I completed my 3 year training in Somatic Experiencing and received my certificate in June of 2022 which has informed my practice greatly in how to work with the body's threat response patterns resulting from injury and/or an overwhelming experience. As of August, 2022 I also completed 96 hours of training in Relational Bodywork and Somatic Education for Trauma Practitioners. I also completed my Somatic Experiencing Masterclass working with near death experiences in 2023 and received my Biodynamic Craniosacral cert in October of 2025. I've currently taken the first two abdomen classes in Barral Institute's Visceral Manipulation Training with plans to take the third class in September of 2026.
