I have been encouraging wellness through supportive empowering massage treatment since 1995, with an emphasis on Lymphatic Drainage since 2012. Each treatment is guided by your goals and the interaction between the techniques and your body’s response. Your tissues are encouraged to release tension and pain patterns with a combination of movement, firm "hurts but feels so good" pressure, and gentle energetic touch.
